How I Started:
I just recently really got into transforming my body. My fiance is really working towards his goals of having his perfect body, and he is helping me attain mine. I want to be a beautiful bride, and not be the biggest girl in the wedding party.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel amazing that I'm doing something good for myself, and even motivating others around me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have my "before" pictures, and I keep thinking about our wedding day and what I will look like in my gown.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't know that I really have anything "major" yet, since I just really got started, but I've lost 11 lbs. in about 3 weeks!

Goal (Long):
I have been overweight pretty much all of my life. I grew up making wrong food choices, and that just carried on through high school and into college. I've always felt like the skinny girl in a fat body. When I met my soon-to-be hubby, I was really intimidated by him because he is athletic, and is all about working out and getting the body you want. I soon realized I needed to completely overhaul everything from my nutrition to when/how I worked out. He has helped me put my goals down on paper, take my "before" pictures, and is helping me reach my goals. Hopefully, at Christmas all I will get/need is a new "skinny" wardrobe!!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Because he pushes me. When I say I can't run that lap, he looks at me and tells me I can (because he's seen me do it). When I'm being lazy or not really pushing myself, he works out or runs next to me to keep me working towards my goals. Because he pushes me. What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't personally do it, nor do I really care if someone else is. I figure if they're grunting they're pushing themselves.
