Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): My goal is to reach 15%BF while increasing muscle mass. I do not know how long this SHOULD take. I do not know what I will weigh. I do not know what size I will be. I just want to get there.
Goal (Long): I want to compete in a figure competition. Yes, this is a big dream for a newcomer in the body building world... but then again, I was cut from volleyball teams left and right before playing college ball. I know if I maintain focus and dedication I WILL reach my goal and have the body I always see when I close my eyes (think Jessica Beil in Blade: Trinity!). I believe that I have a good amount of muscle so far, but its not enough... I want to increase my strength as well. I want to be cut. I want it to be obvious that working out is a HUGE part of my life. I need to stick to eating well and eating clean consistently. I need to get past the Beer Pong days. I want to make drinking at every social event a thing of the past. I want to be able to walk by the box of pizza or carton of ice cream and not feel compelled to grab a slice or eat a gallon... lol. I want to walk around in my bikini with my head high and KNOW, without a doubt, that I look good. I dont want to dread shopping for clothes or picking out something to wear if I am going out. I want my arms and shoulders to be defined. I want to have legs that every girl wants and every guy drools over... theyre already long... now I want to make them TIGHT. I want a stomach that you could bounce a quarter off of. I want to run in my sports bra and running shorts alone. I want to stick to this life style and make it a part of me... for one entire year... and then I want to see how many years in a row I can keep improving.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

What leg workout has worked best for you?
Plyos have increased my vertical the most... Squats have increased my size and just get me pumped the most.

Well, well, well... here I am. Im 21 years old and a full time college student. Im riding out the last few months on my full ride scholarship for playing D1 volleyball and its time to set a new goal to accomplish. I want to compete in a figure competition... ASAP. I have one more year in...

Hey! Wow, thanks so much for the sweet words! I think anything is possible with the right mentality. I just told myself two thing when i started last year 1) get ripped 2) try to stay feminine. I think you can reach your goals!

i like your goals. staying focused is a prob for most pepole but that is what i love about this site we are in this together. WE can see pepole that have made it and get the support that we need stay strong and stay focused and you can make it ttyl:-)

YOU CAN DO IT ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD. YOU NEED TO START OFF WITH SOME LIGHT CARDIO AND ALSO LIGHT WEIGHTS..AFTER A WEEK OR TWO PICK UP THE PAST..IT ALSO HAS TO DO WITH YOUR EATING HABITS AND ALSO HAVE TO CONSUME LOTS OFF WATER..I GOT FAITH IN YOU CAN DO IT
