How I Started:
I've been working out off and on since 2000, but really started to hit the gym and modify my diet back in September of 2007. Moving to Atlanta, my regimen slid a bit, but now that I've been here a few months, I'm getting back into my routine.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling that I'm pushing my body to do something that most others can't/won't do, and definitely like the way I fill out my clothes. :-P
How I Stay Motivated:
Coming to sites like this and reading the forum posts, and well, seeing really hot guys. Keeps me inspired to look my best.

Today will be Push / Pull #2 workout...sadly, this will be only the 2nd time this week I was able to get to the gym.  Having a demanding Vice President asking for stuff, working until 7 a few nights, and then forgetting my gym shoes are the excuses for Tues-Thursday.  And I couldn't just go...
