flok dude, currently doing a two-split routine: 1) back, shoulders, triceps 2) legs, chest, biceps...i do 4-5 exercises per muscle group...i have to say that this split really kicked in quite nicely....will post some progress pics soon...all the best, man..flok May 3, 2011 11:20am
