How I Started:
Started in high school, when i realized being a 115lbs on the football team wasn't going to cut it.
Why I Love It:
The two main reason for my motivation on working out will have to be the way it makes me feel when I wake up and throughout the day. Also, the wide array of people you get to meet while you spend time in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation level was like a roller coaster. I'd work out until I get to the point of a plateau and then quit. I then had realized my main reason for never gaining muscle mass was that reason. I would get to the point of make or break and break. Now its different, now its all or nothing. My motivation is me wanting to gain some extra muscle and get out of this 165 lb body of mine.

Get into the gym 4-5 times per week and for me to keep at it. My goal is to not stop after three months of working out.
Goal (Long):
Find a healthy "diet" that will help me gain weight properly. NO excess fat from fast foods, I preferr to have home cooked food. I am a college kid and would like to find a "diet" that will not cost me a fortune, but will help in the long run. Keep up in the gym. I do not want to get caught up this year in schooling, to the point that I am no longer making time for the gym. As in my short goal, at LEAST 4-5 days a week. More as I go...
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Crud, don't you hate getting out of routine and then having to come back? That's what I am doing right now, thanks to a fracture in my hand and wrist. I have been out for a few months now due to doctors orders and let me tell you what, it sucks! Going from four workouts a week to sitting on...
I am using the book, "Strength Training Anatomy 2nd Edition, by: Frederic Delavier". It is a book that sums up most exercises, by showing exactly which muscle(s) is (are) used. I go through the book picking separate exercises that make up my routine for the day. Here is what I have done...
Ah no you have no idea! I used to live in a town outside of a town and they had only 200 people!!! I'm glad I've moved away there were only like three names and very ugly children... I wonder why ;) haha, but I know what you're saying. Take a cruise down here and we'll have a party :)
