Sounds awesome! My training is on the back burner right now, a lot of other things require my attention. But I still put in about 45 min a day just to maintain. That ab pic is about 13 months old... I need to take new ones :(

Yea my clothes are starting not to fit. Mainly cuse my shoulders and Lats are getting wider. I wake up at 4:30am 4 days out of the week and eat a big breakfast. Lately its been brown rice and eggs mixed together along with a protein shake. Good stuff.

Yea Ive been really hitting it hard the past 3 or 4 weeks. Im eating a ton more than i used too and Im eating better. I gained about 5-8 pounds since then. My bench shot up to 235 for 3 reps also and I finally hit the flat dumbell bench using 105's for 6 reps too. Just gotta get into that mental zone i guess.
