I got sick of being the little skinny guy. I first trained for MMA then found my favotie part about training was acutally working with weights. So in the summer of '07 is when I got real serious about bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love the hard work and dedication it takes to see your weak points and build on those areas. It makes me feel healthy and who doesnt like looking good?
How I Stay Motivated:
My pursuit of an aestheticaly symmetrical and proportionate physique. Magazines and other fitness media keep me motivated also.
Description: This is my posing routine for the NPC Battle of the Bodies which took place on May 3rd 2008. I was in the Teen division and took 2nd place.
Leg Day Workout Routine

Description: This is my leg day workout routine. Some of the exercises are different each day I do legs depending on the area I want to target or how im feeling. This day was more focused on the quads.
Not shown is the hip abductor / adductor exersice which I did at the end. Also not show is my abdominal routine which I do every training day.
So either yesterday or today I had $40 stolen from my wallet which was in my gym bag inside of my locker. No it wasnt locked but since my wallet was well within my bag I didnt think anything of it.
My I told me training partner tonight after i figured out my money was missing and he said...
