i skatboarded for 6 years tore my ACL and some other stuff had sergery couldnt skate anymore so i started lifting.
Why I Love It:
i like getting stronger, its like building a character in a video game, its addicting
How I Stay Motivated:
ive always been self motivated if i find somthing i like, workout partner, steady routine

i never thought i would be reping 225, so to me that was a big accomlishment. now i want to rep 275, dont figure :)

I have been going in the mornings still, but since I have been trying to push harder on training, it has been harder to do this by myself. So 8:00pm is during the week and/or weekend too?

No not enough to recommend anything. All I try to do everyday is get 1gram of protein per lb of bodyweight and allot of carbs. I do not nessicarly eat clean by no means. I try to eat 5 times a day and now I am mixing my protein w/oats. Anthony would know more about this I would ask him.

hey bro I am doing well 5 days cardio and 5 days weight. its intense but it is working and I love it, starting to like what I see in the mirror now which makes me want to get even more and more ripped up . what are your goals? maybe I can help .

My 578 came with a bench shirt on. My best raw bench is about 405. I am just counting the raw stuff these days.

Be sure to record your workouts so you can see your stats. Total pounds lifeted is a trip.
