hi.. thanks for the comment.. my goals are to lean out some more, and get defined. i want some muscular definition!! not overly defined that it would freak the parents out LOL im just a lil confused as to what and how much i should be lifting. i havnt been gym in a month now and want up the intensity and really give it all..
