I was introduced into bodybuilding by a friend in school. I was always into soccer and was pretty fit, but I started to train and loved it. Then I joined a gym.

thanks for the comment.. my goals are to lean out some more, and get defined. i want some muscular definition!! not overly defined that it would freak the parents out LOL
im just a lil confused as to what and how much i should be lifting. i havnt been gym in a month now and want up the intensity and really give it all..
