How I Started: Always done pushups since middle school. Never had a gym to workout in till now. Just wanted to look cut so started going to the gym. Wanna get serious with it now though.

Beats me, I'm still trying to figure it out myself. I found that the healthier you eat, the more you can eat of it. So try to stay away from the crap foods, and when you discover the secret, let me know too!
