How I Started:
I didn't like my body and at age 22 i felt i wanted to be at my best in the "prime of my life".
Why I Love It:
Everything starts and ends with a pump. I love that todays workout end up tomorrows muscles. One day at a time.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been easy as i love working out and i have plenty of time on my hands. Looking at my old pictures helps and taking new photos makes me so determined. My motivation also comes from great bodybuilders like Stan Mcquay. It helps when people give you compliments and are shocked by your transformation.
I was 183 pounds at 20% bodyfat and transformed to 161 pounds at 6% bodyfat in 6 months. I have maintained a reasonable bodyfat and am around just over 190 pounds after 12 months. I want to gain enough muscle so i can lean down ready for summer which is still 5 months away. From then well who knows, i dont like to look too far ahead, how boring is that .....
Monday - Legs
Squats - Up to 6 sets varying between light weight for 20 reps and heavy weight for 10 reps
Hack squats - 3-4 sets Moderate weight high reps and drop sets occasionally
Seated leg curls - 3 sets of 8-12 reps
