When I Started: Jan, 1998
How I Started: After competing in the BFL challenge, it gave me the confidence to bodybuild and to want to compete.
Why I Love It: Working out has always been a habit for me that I developed since 8th grade athletics. I always loved to compete so this gives me something to look forward to every day.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at photos of members who are in awesome shape that are my age or older and realize if they can do it then so can I. I compete against myself by getting in better shape but it's always very motivating to see others live the lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments: Competing in my first show in Denver, CO and winning the novice middleweight class was awesome! It was an NPC natural show. I plan to enter another sometime soon :)
