After competing in the BFL challenge, it gave me the confidence to bodybuild and to want to compete.
Why I Love It:
Working out has always been a habit from me that I developed since 8th grade athletics. I always loved to compete so this gives me something to look forward to every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at photos of members who are in awesome shape that are my age or older and realize if they can do it then so can I. I compete against myself by getting in better shape but it's always very motivating to see others live the lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
Competing in my first show in Denver, CO and winning the novice middleweight class was awesome! It was an NPC natural show. I plan to enter another sometime soon :)

Won a trip to Hawaii this past spring break! :)
Again I need to be more strict to see better changes. The Miller Lite is not helping me here :)
This is my first blog so do not know what all I should write. I plan on entering another bodybuilding competition in September so I will start my diet in a few weeks. Today is leg day and plan to stick with the heavy basics: Squats, Romanian deadlifts, Leg Presses, leg curls, standing...
by the way..., would you mind helping me out? I am new to working out. I would like to lost fat and gain lean muscle. Take a look a my pictures, that is where I am at and the equipment i got...what kinds of workout plan could I do? It would help so much man!
