My Workout Program

Back on the 5x5. I was getting awesome gains from it, never should have stopped! Hopefully I don't plateau this time through either.

Modifications from my first run of it:
Doing military press instead of incline press
Diversify core work (windshield wipers and/or press situps in lieu of some sets of situps)
Less use of a weight belt on heavy squat and deadlift sets
Eat even more

illiniStrive Ha, I'm pretty sure I saw you then. I had red short and a white tshirt on. I probably looked super awkward, especially as I try to reach for the 5lb plates that are a million feet above my head! I just hope I can keep up the whole early thing because last year I used to do the elliptical everyday and the ARC gets miserable when it's crowded. Aug 19, 2010 7:48am
