High school wanted to be a navy seal..haha..really I did.. so went to the swim team(4years)-> then started training for Triathlons(it made sence for my long term goals)could not handle failure went Marines instead of Navy-> Marine Grunt(just a few months)->made screening for Marine Scout sniper(about 2 years)-> Marine Grunt again training for triathlons again.
Why I Love It:
I love Keeping my body trained and tuned like a machine.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pushing the human body to know what I can do. and working the 6pack...harder and harder that for starts when Im at the Gym for fun I'm training for Ecsape from Alcatraz triathlon in June 08.
Got back from gym.... full body workout tuned into this .. 4x8-10 dead lifts hammer curls 3x8-10 straightbar curls 3x8-10 modified hammercurls 2x 8-10 oh and one huge drop set......(might have been a little much on the bi's) 4x8 on...
The only supps I'm currently using are Hydroxycut Hardcore and GNC Mega-Men's Sport. I'm thinking about Universal's Animal Cuts for the thyroid control. Any thoughts?
I guess thats cool. I'm probably gonna get out after this enlistment(2 more years). Really havnt seen the "navy" yet...I've been with the Marines since I've joined!
