Overall muscle building with main focus on removing excess fat around midriff and increasing upper body dimensions. Thighs need building, but calves just need definition as they are big enough already.

Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Makes you get out of the house and train. If you have a home gym you tend to skip sessions or not work as hard. Going to a gym focuses your mind on actually training.
