Gain another 5lbs and then start to cut. I hope to lose about 15lbs to lean myself out at around 175lbs
Goal (Long):
Overall muscle building with main focus on removing excess fat around midriff and increasing upper body dimensions.
Thighs need building, but calves just need definition as they are big enough already.
Make them up and get advice and tips on how to switch them around to keep muscles growing from 3 x ex Mr D.R

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Makes you get out of the house and train. If you have a home gym you tend to skip sessions or not work as hard. Going to a gym focuses your mind on actually training.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Well maintained equipment that is safe. The gym doesn't need to be pretty but as long as the equipment is looked after and there are regular users then it is worth trying it out.
