Goal (Long):
Rather than turning to the scale (b/c I kinda hate that thing) I am going by my clothes ...size 4! My cloest is divided my clothing sizes 4 is the smallest (yep I was a 4) through to 10 (yep I was that too). I will be doing all of this with the help of Stevep78. Thank you for getting me started!
I can't believe it took me until now to get Erin on my inspire list - bad me! Erin displays that you do not need to be a full time workout-aholic to get it done. Erin and I are practically the same age and it gives me GREAT inspiration to know that it IS totally feasable to get your dream body when you are almost 40 (sorry erin lol) and after kids! She truly is my inspiration. Big hugs for you Erin!
Thursday. It's raining off and on. Grey. Headchey. Gross day over all. I haven't done a hell of a lot to be honest. ha ha ha. I am debating a workout. Im debating mostly because of my head...I hate workingout with a headache. I may wait and see how I feel later and go then.I did take...
