Started in high school; used to be a fat kid. But I never knew the proper way to train and diet, so while I did lose alot of extra weight at first, I plateaued within a year or two and been struggling to loose the love handles, spare tire and hip and butt fat for a good 3 years or so... ><
Finally getting into this a bit more seriously again as of last year.
Why I Love It:
Besides making me look great, i feel great after I work out. Makes me feel at least a little closer to my goal! And when I do see result, I feel so glad that I know it was thru my own hard work that it was possible!
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying new workouts, attending the fitness classes at my school, and even just seeing other people who have come far in their fitness goals; makes me feel like, "if they can do it, why not me?"
BB Accomplishments:
I'm finally seeing a hint of abs emerging from the fat... muhahaha die evil bellyfat!! My six pack will soon conquer you!!!
Wow!The progress she has made from the very first picture she posted is amazing! I've been struggling with the same body fat/cellulite for 3 years now and have only just been seeing results this summer; (im not terribly overweight, but i got my muffin top and cellulite><); i think if she can go so far in such a short amount of time, so can i - i've probably just been too lazy to push myself! Seeing this progress is such motivation to keep on trying! People like this make me want to work ha
Sad that I can't always post my achievements and stuff right away... school has been keeping me very busy!
But I feel so grateful that my school has a gym and regular group fitness classes that are always open - for FREE - to students. The perfect way to NOT slack off during school....
Very Intense Weekly Program.
Make sure to eat clean but also make sure you eat enough, because this program will require a ton of energy.
Starting tomorrow (9/21/09) I will also include the addition of Tonalin CLA supplement (3 before breakfast, 2 before lunch)
