You're very welcome! And I wouldn't worry too much about your pecs. The whole package is good. But hey, goals are great to have so go for it. :)

Hey, thanks! I'm not so great with checking back with people on here.. I really appreciate it though. That photo is actually from the Fall, and I've made a lot of progress over the winter so updates are overdue. You're looking amazing yourself..bigger and still LEAN!

Hey Whomper, thanks for the add. I do need more mass in my back... well, everywhere actually. But mostly in my calves and forearms right now I think.
Looks like you have really long limbs like me so I'm sure it's not easy for you either. Good luck!

Hey, just wanted to wish you best of luck. I started out very thin, and around the same weight, though I'm not quite as tall as you. The biggest thing that I had to realize in order to get me started in making real changes in myself was that FOOD(quality food, and a lot of protein) is just as important if not more important than lifting. I kept thinking(and still do) that the food I eat will turn into muscle... and it did!
Can't wait to see your progress... keep us updated.

Damn, that's nice of you to say that- but I know I could find some more impressive transformations! For what it's worth, dudes like you with that kind of size(+ ripped-ness!) keep me inspired to hit the gym every freaking time.

I'm glad you posted more photos- that's absolutely insane how developed you are at 17. At this pace, the sky is the limit for you.

Hey, thanks!! I've not gained much weight in the past 6 months or so, but I'm starting to focus on putting on a few more pounds again. And by focusing, I mean eating. :)
I don't know where you started, but you look friggin amazing now.. so congrats either way!
Best of luck.

Thanks for the advice- my case is definitely the later: no cardio, just naturally lean. You're right, I just need to take in more calories to gain more weight.. I'm just doing it slowly and carefully enough as to not gain too much fat along the way. It has been working for me, but it's hard for me to make myself eat more sometimes because I really enjoy being lean. So it's a slow process, but worth it, IMO.

Not strictly design in my current job- video editing + graphics + DVD authoring + web. A graphic design job may be in my future though!

For a formerly skinny guy, you've done a kick ass job of filling out your 6'5" frame...! I know there are some if not a lot on this site that may disagree with me, but I don't even think you need much more muscle at all. What you've already put on looks really good on your frame, so congrats!

This fall and winter has been somewhat of a plateau weight-wise, but I've definitely improved in some of my weakest areas so I'm happy about that. My shoulders are definitely more developed as well as my arms. And in the last 2 weeks, I think I've started to break my weight gain plateau as I've noticed my lifts going up again along with some evidence on the scale. :)
Thanks for checking in, and I hope you're doing alright~
Jeff
