I was probably 130-135 lbs at this point. Hadn't started seriously working out at all at this point. Maybe some crunches and pushups here and there. :P
Roughly 30 lbs of muscle later, most which was gained the first year. I've been at it for about a year and a half now.
you havn't post pic in a while? what going on? how is your training? have nice abs, obliques and lats. Seen your previous pics i see how much progress you did. Keep pumping, eat plenty and rest. Post recent pics. you have a large potential and access to supplements to help you gain.
