Bro you look good. You have some good size you just need to slim down so you can see what of it is muscle. Looks like a lot but I would take some of these other guys advise down here. Eat, cardio, train hard my man and you should be right as rain in no time. Good luck!!
Hey Luis, I have no doubt that you will achieve your desired physique. Just continue to focus on your training and diet along with performing cardio at least 30 mins on non-training days. Keep training strong. -Jeff
well the advice i can give u is.. EAT GOOD #1 (Read books,articles etc) on what is good an how much cals etc. Then focus on CARDIO. I would run 6 days a week till i cut down. From there hit weights higer reps of less weight and you will get cut! Good luck man! Keep me updated / if u need ne help jus ask
