I was kind of over weight growing up. I started doing push-ups and sit-ups in my garage, the got a bench set and weights. and now, i'm a full bodybuilding mechine
Why I Love It:
I get a rush i can't get anywhere else.
It's also a stress reliever for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing unheathy people, and thinking about all the things i like to do.

Gain good quality muscle mass over the next 6 or 8 months and compeat in the summer of 2009.
Goal (Long):
As of 6-1-08
Deadlift 3x 360
Bench 5x 180
DB Bench 5x100 lb DB's
Squat 10x 180
Leg Press 5 500
add 10 pounds of quality muscle
1 inch to my tris, quads/ hams and shoulders
As of 7-26
Deadlift 5x360
Bench 5x250
DB Bench 5x100
Squat 10x225
Leg Press 10x560
Add 10 pounds of muscle and add an inch to my quads/ hams and tris. Add 1/2 inch to my calves the bis. trim down to a 31 inch waist.

I just started my new program of HIT cardio 2x's a week and weight moderate to heavy 3x's a week eating 1500-2000 cal a day on a restricted calorie diet , eating clean . already lost 5 lbs! and that is before i got on product . i am on my way to looking like you ! watch my profile/forum/bodyblog for my detailed plans for your critique and comment please
Thanks for the encouragment. I'm just starting to really work on it. Should feel much better in a couple of months; I know I have a lot more work ahead of me though.
