I want to reach 190lbs with 9% body fat.

I want to be in better shape than my boys when I reach 40.

Competing in my 2nd year of strongman comps... and hoping to get to the england finals!!!

My goal is to lose 36 lbs.

Cut down to 175-180(10% body fat) Then bulk to 210-215 over the Fall/winter months

I want to lose all my fat, keep my muscle and strength and have a mean ass hiking ability for my job.
