How I Started:
In high school I was short and chubby. I didn't hit my growth spurt until my senior year. When I graduated I was 6' and 146lbs. I got into following bodybuilding when I saw a mag. with Lee Priest. I've never reached the body I want, over the years I've made progress but have never stuck with it.
Why I Love It:
I feel better in every way.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at photos, and by thinking about my son. I don't want him to grow up with a slob for a dad.

What is a "good" gym?  I workout at a small 24hr gym.  Since I go in at 4:45 in the morning, it's nice, but there is a price to pay.  Every morning benches and machines are loaded down, water bottles on the floor, etc... The manager watches tape every day but it's hard to...
