How I Started:
I was skinny and I wanted to add some mass on me. It all started on my second semester freshman year in college.
Why I Love It:
Major stress reliver. Also, feeling that soreness. The feeling that you had a good workout. The pump feeling, you all know what I am talking about. Results that surface when you know that you are paying your dues.
How I Stay Motivated:
The ability to change/transform you body is amazing. I do not compete, but I do this as a hobby. It is part of life now. While those that see this as recreational, this is part of my life now.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from weighing 164lbs. to a total weight of 270lbs. within a span of 4yrs., then cut down to 230lbs. Now, I weight 220lbs.
