How I Started:
started lifting for sports in junior high...I can attribute some of my passion for weights to this but the information gained wasn't the greatest and left me with bad lifting habits and such
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body change and get stronger
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror and seeing changes
BB Accomplishments:
breaking the 200 mark for bodyweight....i thought it was pretty cool when i could start repping out with 2 plates on each side...but i really felt badass when i put up 3 plates on each side recently!

Split is as follows:
Day 1: Chest and tri's
Day 2: Back and Bi's
Day 3: Shoulders(including traps)/ Abs
Day 4: Legs/ (including deadlift)
Day 5: Same as Day 1
Day 6: Same as Day 2
Day 7: Same as Day 3
For chest, I have been doing the power matrix on bench, and a few other chest exercises...
good to hear man .... I am doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?
