How I Started:
It is rather simple for me.. I always have been skinny. Everyone in our family is plagued with a jacked up metabolism. I got tired of being thin and decided to work out. I also wanted to look and feel better.
Why I Love It:
I love the soreness i feel after a workout... it keeps my energy up throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Though i my gains are hard to accomplish, a bit change in my body is enough motivation for me.
its going well man! Lost some mass and leaned out a lot with all the swim workouts in the program I'm in, but its just a new physical challenge. Hows it going with you?
You WILL!!! You can and you will man, just keep that mind set and nothing can get in your way. Do what feels right and dont stop. When you meet new challenges face them head on and you wil grow stronger from it.
u have a cut body with low BF so u need to gain some muscles.
train 4 days aweek each for about 1 hour. eat at least 5 meals a day containing about 200gr protein, 300gr of carohydrate. rest enough and u'll see ur progress soon my friend.
Yeah all though their house and cars got flooded those things don't matter as much because everyone is alright.. I wish I could help, but for now I can only hope and pray for them..
I dnt want to get really big just defined and strong.. I'm just trying to maintain right now been pretty busy with school and business and I'm only gettin to the gym 1-2 times a week.. How bout yourself?
