How I Started:
It is rather simple for me.. I always have been skinny. Everyone in our family is plagued with a jacked up metabolism. I got tired of being thin and decided to work out. I also wanted to look and feel better.
Why I Love It:
I love the soreness i feel after a workout... it keeps my energy up throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Though i my gains are hard to accomplish, a bit change in my body is enough motivation for me.

no reason you look more like you hike and whatnot you did? not to mention 135 is pretty light. so it seems like you do a decent amout of cardio.
