thanks bro. yeah, i don't really like it when everyone rates 10 all the time, but some people just do it to be nice and encourage others. if ppl rate me and comment on what i should improve on and what not, that's what really helps. but ur off to a great start. i really want a sweet adonis belt that the chicks dig, ha! u got one coming along.

May I suggest making a switch away from the muscle tech products....most of their stuff is sugar based and stronger gains can be made from other products...BSN has shown me the best results

try doing 5sets of 5reps for your major lifts (bench,squat,deadlift) this should put on some size. also follow up your workout with a good protein, i've had good results with nitro-tech hardcore, and procomplex. give it a shot though
