i go about 2:30ish mon wed fri nd good good ive sorta gotten a new lease of life for training since moving gyms so am hittin it real hard again, nd yeah she's abit of orite if u ask me lol

ye i used to do muay thai and norm boxing aswell its pretty good, hard work tho lots of push ups sit ups squats cardio etc nackers you out but once ya get into it its fun nd no i stopped doin a lil while back to focus more on bodybuilding and i missed the programme man.

yea fa me tis goin gud same ere really gotta get my traps up to speed and chest also they takin ages to grow lol but there coming on slowly but surely lol and ye i go with my 2 mates

yea i Neva use machines just stick to bars, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, not sure how ginge is doin ant spoke to him in ages knowin him tho he probs gave up afta the 1st week lol

decline is actually the type of bench press which stimulated it the most and dips done with a wide grip and slightly leaning forward with chin tucked into the chest works the chest awesomly

hey got a small tip for ya forgot to mention before for the chest forget flat bench its crap for size TBH do incline bench and dips 3 sets of each i read a study and out of all the bench press variations flat bench stimulated the chest the least

nowt much really just fancy a change and the guy who owns it pisses me off sometimes coz he goes out so ull get to the gym ready to train n itl be shut so just lookin for sumwhere else to train aswell, sounds gud i may give it a try then

orite man training is goin gud and yea i know but my cpu is nackered so i cnt upload any and cutting ey i hate cutting just make sure u dnt do too much running and higher ure protein intake so that u dont burn muscle also take it slow on the treadmills dnt run all out as that wont burn fat a long moderate jog is alot more better for burning fat

well mate ive found that not training my arms is the best way as i aint trained them directly for ages and they grow very well i wud say stop training biceps aswell just do heavy bent ova barbell rows and chin ups and ure biceps shud be worked enuf after that, if not 1 set of barbell curls will help. for you i wud focus on the basic compound excerises no isolations you will grow alot better tht way they cause natural testosterone and growth hormone spikes

yea i know was abit miffed lol and pff im not sure i may do a bodybuilding comp but as the mo im more into powerlifting than bodybuilding so yea just gna enter a non tested one shunt be too bad, so yea hows training goin?

orite man erm well as of today i dont think i am, as i was prepping for a powerlfiting comp this sept and i have to be 75kg's but now im not coz i just found out that you have to be drug free for at least 7 year or so, so i cnt compete :( o well im gna enter a non tested one now bt not till next year

sadly not "all" natural i have taken them before and plan to again this summmer and continue at about 2 cycles a year or so but i did wait a year and half to 2 year before taking them
