started in high school for abit then stopped then started again when i got layed off from work because it was something to do and ive loved it ever since

i'm back to loving training again now, i've got a proper training partner now its really helping. and recording all my weights, so i know i'm improving.

my weights increasing and i'm not gaining 2 much fat, so thats not 2 bad.
lats and legs are gd. just gota try and keep a balance and work on my **** parts more but then when i do that my good parts go down its annoying lol. still got miles 2 go though, just gota keep at it havent u.

yeah, i'd say its pretty decent. They are a lot of people that compete that train there so it cant be that bad lol
cant complain at the free weights they range from 5 - 100 + pounds going up in 5’s fairly big rack to run.

off peak up until 3 is £19 a month
and peak is £24 but like 5 onwards it gets pretty packed

i'm having problem putting on muscle on my arms, i'm making gains everywhere else but there. i've stopped working on my triceps cos atm i feel i work them enough when i'm doing chest and shoulders but i still do biceps. i only do 3 exercises with 3 sets.
it’s the cardio **** that bores me lol
trainings going pretty good at the mo
hitting personal bests and seeing some nice results so pretty happy about that.

the non tested comp will probs be harder what with ppl taking all sorts n that.
