ohh nice one mate. what time do you go?
i'm back to loving training again now, i've got a proper training partner now its really helping. and recording all my weights, so i know i'm improving.
hows things with you?
the lass on rep isnt bad is she ;) haha

ahh thats why i was asking cos i though it affects gains and they are slow enough as it is lol

isnt that a little like mma, cos am starting 2 get into that.
do u still do muay thai? there was a reet programme a week ago or so on that these 5 year olds doing it, did u see it?

my weights increasing and i'm not gaining 2 much fat, so thats not 2 bad.
lats and legs are gd. just gota try and keep a balance and work on my shit parts more but then when i do that my good parts go down its annoying lol. still got miles 2 go though, just gota keep at it havent u.

Nar I don’t normally go out into town, it tends to be full of chavs that just want a fight lol
cheers for that fella its probs true cos when I do incline I feel it much it more. I thought dips worked the triceps? :s and what about decline beanch that is that worth doing?

yeah, i'd say its pretty decent. They are a lot of people that compete that train there so it cant be that bad lol
cant complain at the free weights they range from 5 - 100 + pounds going up in 5’s fairly big rack to run.
everyone’s pretty friendly n that
off peak up until 3 is £19 a month
and peak is £24 but like 5 onwards it gets pretty packed
whats up with the gym your at?

you need to get some new pics up.
i've decided i want to do some cutting, just so my body can get use to the cycle.
have you got any diet tips? i'm not looking forward to the cardio though, i hate running, its pointless.

Aiden mate, i need some advice again lol
i'm having problem putting on muscle on my arms, i'm making gains everywhere else but there. i've stopped working on my triceps cos atm i feel i work them enough when i'm doing chest and shoulders but i still do biceps. i only do 3 exercises with 3 sets.

it’s the cardio shit that bores me lol
trainings going pretty good at the mo
hitting personal bests and seeing some nice results so pretty happy about that.

arent you bother with any bodybuilding comps now?
the non tested comp will probs be harder what with ppl taking all sorts n that.
