Guess I'm not the best person to ask as I've never really bulked or cut. In my opinion, if you keep lifting heavy when you are cutting you should maintain alot of your muscle as long as your not overdoing the cardio.
No I wouldnt consider my plan a bulking plan. I definitely dont eat enough calories for it to be considered that. My philiosophy is more to steadily increase muscle mass while staying as lean as possible, rather then bulking and then cutting.
Thanks for the awesome compliment! Well I usually workout 5xs a week splitting up chest/legs/arms/shoulders/back on seperate days along with 30 mins of cardio post-workout 4 days a week. As far as the diet goes, I try to get around 170g or so of protein and keep the carbs as low as possbile, while drinking tons of water.
