My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I train my whole body in a period of three days, rest one day, then repeat. Depending on my work schedule the program may vary.

Day 1:Chest, triceps,and abs; cardio

Day 2:Back, biceps, and cardio

Day 3:Legs, shoulders, and abs

Day 4:Rest

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

High protein; moderate carbs. Avoiding refined sugar, flour, and hydrogenated oils and fats.

My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program

Whey protein;for breakfast and postworkout. Preworkout NO booster. Casein protein before going to bed. Testosterone booster twice a day.

My Motivation Program View My Full Motivation Program

I want to enjoy good health and maintain a healthy appearance.

My family health history is not the best and I am determined to stay on top of potential health problems in the future. Just being surrounded by physically fit individuals motivates me.

VillainChien Oscar! What's up, man. So you're bulking up as well? Excellent. I will say that I'm doing HIIT cardio just 5 minutes a day and now Intermittent Fasting. But I might be switching to vegetarianism soon. Anyway, what's the latest, man? You've been better about posting progress pics. umesh14uv Thanks for your comments. On high level eating each 2.5 hours and 3 liters of water and 1 liter of milk in part of my diet. For supplementation sipping BCAA all day long, multivit. and whey post workout and pre-workout shake and Casein at night is high level of supplementation I follow. Feb 11, 2013 3:57am
