I train my whole body in a period of three days, rest one day, then repeat. Depending on my work schedule the program may vary.
Day 1:Chest, triceps,and abs; cardio
Day 2:Back, biceps, and cardio
Day 3:Legs, shoulders, and abs

High protein; moderate carbs. Avoiding refined sugar, flour, and hydrogenated oils and fats.
My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program
Whey protein;for breakfast and postworkout. Preworkout NO booster. Casein protein before going to bed. Testosterone booster twice a day.

I want to enjoy good health and maintain a healthy appearance.
My family health history is not the best and I am determined to stay on top of potential health problems in the future. Just being surrounded by physically fit individuals motivates me.
