How I Started:
I started training regularly in 1996 but fell off the fitness wagon after I broke my foot in a car accident. NO excuse, I know but this is my story.
I started training seriously again about a year and a half ago when I hired a trainer. My diet still was hit or miss though so I haven't been able to achieve the physique I know is in there somewhere.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel physically and mentally when I'm on target with my nutrition and training.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from within... you have to really want something.

Things are moving along! Motivation is high. Yesterday's cardio is DONE (with a little extra thrown in for good measure). I'm looking forward to moving some metal tonight!!
