Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Why?: He wanted help training and I wanted a spotter.
Benefits: Safer to push yourself harder. Spotter means more weight and faster gains.
Detriment: Sometimes distracting. Slows down the workout
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
