How I Started:
I've always been an active person. All my life I've enjoyed sports and running. Most recently, I've become more serious about lifting. This is a new challenge for me.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working hard and staying fit. I want see what I'm capable of and take working out to a new level.

Specific areas I'd like to tone are my quads, glutes, hips, and abs. Overall, I want to live a healthy active lifestyle. Eating nutritous foods and maintaing a healthy diet are important as well. I want to take good care of my body, so I'm able to succesfully care for others. Basically just live well.
