I have a goal in mind, a desire and a point to make. Have been in my desired shape twice already. A running injury took some time from me, but I am ready to work harder and prove myself that I can achieve what I want.
Hope your long run went well. My 10 mile race yesterday went well; I finished in 1:08:42, almost 3 1/2 minutes faster than last year. I'm going to start shifting my focus now on the December marathon. Good luck with your training.
Good job on the latest race. I was set back a bit in August with some tendonitis, but it's better now and I'm planning to do a 10 mile race on Sunday. We'll see how that goes.
Still training for the half marathon? How is it going? Be careful about the Achilles tendon. I just had another minor injury and had to stop running for 18 days. It seems O.K. now but you have to be careful about it. Good luck.
