How I Started:
I started back in High School, but when sports got in the way of the real world I comletely quit. After I graduated College I saw a picture of me sitting on my boat, beer in one have, cigarette in the other and a nasty beer gut to top it off.
Why I Love It:
It is my out and definitely boosts my confidence!
How I Stay Motivated:
I continue to critique myself. I am beginning to see that there is no end to this except for when you decide to give up. The benchmark is what you make it. I dont give up!
BB Accomplishments:
I dropped from 205 to 185 in about 4 monthes and then gainedanother 10 lbs in muscle. Now I need to trim it up!

I actually feel much sexier as a 40 year old then I did when I was younger...guess it's cause I know what I want in life now ;) You are definately making progress. o everything is coming along slowly but surely... im working on leaning out but its way hard when I have already worked so hard to lose about 20 pounds and now im building muscle and cutting body fat- the most difficult part is pushing through the comfortable zone my body likes being at
i've been doing alot of cardio as well. i'm not as lean as i was for my july show but trying to get there again and maintain til my next show. thanks for my pic comment btw :)
