Workout Program:
-Chest Days-

Flat BB bench- 3 Sets 6-8 reps
Incline Dumbell Press- 3 Sets 5-7 reps
Decline BB press- 3 Sets 6-8 reps *Usually one drop set for 15 reps*
Cables- 3 Sets 10-15 reps

Then I usually do a hammer strength machine just to finish it all off. Light weight though, about 20 reps.
