I want to be home for the Presidential Cup but if I can't I know I will be home for the Yorton. I have been working with Team Miller ( doug and Stephanie Miller), for two years so I am excited about the upcoming shows. How did you enjoy competeting in the NPC versus the OCB. I have been debating the pros and cons on this one.

I am training for the summer/fall OCB comps. I may do some other circuts depending on my trianer's advice. Good luck bro.

Heavy but safe. The form and the squeeze is the key. This is also great for the glutes as well. Feet wide toes pointed out. as you come up squeeze the cheeks. good luck bro.

Good luck in the NPC. I thought about doing both but I just wnat the playing fields to be and remain level. I think they should poly all bb's just like they do in the OCB! When train hard when you stand a chance to loose to someone that cheats? good luck.

stiff-leg deadlifts, sumo squats with db will add to that large ham look as well.
