Haha, thats very true. I just bought an indoor rower; it's the only form of cardio I enjoy. You look great, keep up the hard work.

Good to hear you're staying busy. I'm sure dance is a great workout by itself. I'm finally back on track; been hitting the treadmill more than the weights, though. Did you ever try those kips?

Good job! Have you ever tried kipping pull-ups? I kipped for about 3 months and my strict pull-ups went from a max of 2 to 11.

Thanks, its about 500lbs. Those are 45lb bumber plates, so it just looks like a ton, lol. Did you reach your 8 rep goal? Pull-ups can be tough.
