How I Started:
I really got into weight training during the summer of 06 and had considerably significant gains. However, I stopped in the winter of 06 but now I'm back and more into it than ever.
Why I Love It:
I love to compete and to overcome challenges. This is a way for me to compete...against myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
All I need is just the slightest amount of progress and I'm hooked.

Goal (Overall):
To gain ten pounds of lean muscle by May 1st while dropping my overall body fat percentage by about 5%.
Goal (Long):
To weight around 185 pounds and be very lean at around 6% body fat. I hope to bench 300+lbs, squat 250+lbs, curl 150+lbs. Also, I would like to have 17 inch arms. I hope to achieve this by this time next year.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has made more aware of the things that I need to do in order to be around for them. Also, it has made more confident and patient, which in turn positively effects my relationships.

nice I admire people like you. I also go a someone who is new Senior student right now I am going to gradute but I alway admire him because he got a CGPA of 4.0 and he does research and many things. I wanna be like him.
