3 yrs ago i gained lots of weight and was over weight! I weighed 220 pounds with no muscle. One day i woke up and was sick and tired of looking how i did and made a promise to myself i was going to lose weight. Then the process began i lost about 30 pounds and was happy where i was. I was still over weight a little and still was not 100% happy where i was with my weight. So i joined the gym after a few month of maintaining around 190 pounds. I decided i wanted to go further with my body transformation. I became addicted to the gym, i love the way it reduces stress and makes me feel after the day in the gym. I am now looking to get in extremly great physical condition i dont want to compete but just get to where i am completly satisfied.
Why I Love It:
The first reason is it makes me feel Great!! If i miss a day that i know i should be at the gym i feel lazy. It has def changed my life i am healthier than i have ever been. Plus it relieves lots of stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing how far i have came already and how far i still have to go and everyday is one step closer to the goal.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from weighting 220 pounds to right now 177.5 pounds

i had a great weekend but i'm also glad to be back at it in the gym after taking last week off! amazing how your body starts aching for it after a few days =)
roller derby, its bad ass sport.. you should check it if they have a league in your area. Sounds like your pretty busy yourself, just make sure not to get bambi..
I've been good.. how bout yourself? I have mostly been doing the usual :)work, gym, school, study and skate. who needs a life when you have that going.. right? so how's training? you have any progress pics?
Man I was doing well until Brandon got sick last week. I finish out my week kinda slow because I didn't have any drive. My Homeslice wasn't there to cheer me on. I am back this week. Started off with legs!! GREAT workout! Tonight is chest...may see you there:)
