How I Started:
3 yrs ago i gained lots of weight and was over weight! I weighed 220 pounds with no muscle. One day i woke up and was sick and tired of looking how i did and made a promise to myself i was going to lose weight. Then the process began i lost about 30 pounds and was happy where i was. I was still over weight a little and still was not 100% happy where i was with my weight. So i joined the gym after a few month of maintaining around 190 pounds. I decided i wanted to go further with my body transformation. I became addicted to the gym, i love the way it reduces stress and makes me feel after the day in the gym. I am now looking to get in extremly great physical condition i dont want to compete but just get to where i am completly satisfied.
Why I Love It:
Great stress Reliever!!! I just enjoy Working out and trying to stay healthy. Get in shape to get on Sherriffs Dept.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing how far i have came already and how far i still have to go and everyday is one step closer to the goal.

Went from weighting 220 pounds to right now 177.5 pounds

Sheriffs?? why not pd? do you live in a small town? the day i start applying i will for sure go for pd, I'm considering all major cities like okland, san jose, san diego, LA. I know back up is there in case **** goes astray.. The elbow is been better i've been doig some rehab but i still can't do anything past 10lbs.. waiting on my surgery in november. Enjoy your weekend & keep me posted if they accept you.:)

Your so right and now that I have lost 55 pds it is for me and my daughter only. I guess I just needed that extra help. But it really feels great to just go out and run 3 miles and it be nothing to it. I love it.
