Was involved in competitive cheerleading for 4 years. During that time I was in the gym a lot. Started getting serious after I graduated High School, and moved back to Nebraska. Now I'm out in California & getting into figure competitions.
Why I Love It:
Its a chance to change your body. Not many people can train like we do, or can do half of what we do. Its just exciting to see yourself change and new muscles forming and growing.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's becoming a challenge to stay motivated. For this show I'm going to start eating clean now to reduce my overall bodyfat. Placing pictures of Pros that I aspire to helps me out a lot. I put up the date and name of the competition in my room so I see it everyday. Setting minor goals as I go is going to help me get to my major goals. One day at a time.
BB Accomplishments:
2006 Bluffs Classic Med. Class 3rd place
2008 NPC JR. CALIFORNIA Overall Figure Champion
Well I just looked at my last entry which was when I was 8 weeks out from the contest that was held in JUNE lol... So I guess I have some updating to do....
The last week of the show was crazy. I got the week off & didnt really get in anything else but eating, cardio & movie...
Please! I entered a contest over at World Physique Magazine and could really use your votes! Just Look for Albert Landry, click the pic and then vote for me. Simple stuff

Thanks!
well im glad its over. hopefully we'll find out the results soon. I think I have a chance at 2nd at least, it depends what they are looking for I guess. Most dieted for 3+ months, and my self about 6 weeks, so maybe they will take that into consideration. Do you have plans for any future shows?
Congratulations! Very deserving champion...the hard work was evident in every photo. Definitely will be seeing more trophies, unless you audition as the next American Gladiator...lol!
Not a problem...I recommend the Diamond Martini as a post competition celebration drink. It will soothe those tight ab muscles...lol! You look outstanding ~ Harris
