What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
i did bench everyday, i didnt eat, i had terrible form...

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
dont worry how much weight your lifting, just focus on perfecting your form and creating mind-muscle connections.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Some guys are just looking for attention but some are just pushing themselves to the breaking point...i very rarely do it

yea, i may try that, i was taking it preworkout as well as during workout. Going to try the NO Shotgun, NO Synthesize and Stealth. Supposed to be good stuff. Have used the shotgun but not the other.
