insatiable desire to be stronger than everybody else.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
i did bench everyday, i didnt eat, i had terrible form...
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
dont worry how much weight your lifting, just focus on perfecting your form and creating mind-muscle connections.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Some guys are just looking for attention but some are just pushing themselves to the breaking point...i very rarely do it

Hey, the Cup isn't tested. You have to be a member of the NPC to compete. Anyone can enter. There are people from other states that compete in it. There is a deadline once it is announced for the early entry fee. After that, I have seen contestants register on Sat morning(the pre-judging) as long as they pay their higher fee and NPC fee.

Yea I liked the Blatt center too, but Thurmond center is nice too. You planning on competing any? Hope to here maybe towards end of the year.
