4 day a week workout. Monday/thursday upper body and tuesday/friday lower body. 3-4 days of cardio, which will be full court basketball and interval training.

Well still dont know much of what I am doing but I am doing cardio and abs 3 times a week and lifting every other day. Splits: M chest and tris, W Back and Biceps, F legs and shoulders.... I am just hoping that it works! Good luck to you man, sounds and looks like you are doing great!
Yay, pestering! ^_^ Allstar is friggin' awesome. I go to the executive club downtown & I adore it. Maybe it's just that I've always gone with the cheapest smallest gym I could find in the past, but I'm loving it.
Getting good definition...is it just your "pose" that makes your left half look thicker? Maybe you need to get ambidextrous on some of your 'every day activities' haha. Hey man, great job. Arnel's workouts are killer. I'm on a short break from his series, but I still incorporate his stuff into every normal workout I do. I did his ripped series and then his iwantsixpackabs series. Good luck on your progress.
