Thanks man. It's hard for me to get my workouts in to when work goes long hours. I just do it as soon as I walk in the door no matter what. After that whatever. Keep at it and it will come like second nature.

Thanks man. Motivation is all I'm really in it for. I'm too skinny to cut much. My metabolism is way too tricky to bulk very fast either. It's worth a try though ;)

Slowing down a bit. You knew it would though. Good to see it honestly. Losing weight too fast is unhealthy. I'm glad to see you are doing it right. Keep it up man. You are gonna reach your goal of 170lbs. by summer without a doubt.
By the way. I told you I gain and lose all the time. I'm on my way back up since last month by a fair amount ;)

I hear ya about the keepin up with the kids man. Just remember, it would be easy to run like mad all day if we only weighed 50-80lbs. LOL. Nice job so far on the weight loss.
