This was taken just before i decided to do something about the way i looked. I just weighed 139lb

2 months after starting the Jim Stoppani programme. Would have got a lot bigger but my diet has been **** because of work and things but my muscle mass seems to have stayed and my BF dropped so can't complain. Im around 167lb now

This is the biggest I've been at 170lb so i've hit my beginning target weight but now im going for 180lb and as usual i'm doing it lean
