I just use a protein blend, glutamine and CEE. mix it all with some milk and oats. I dont stack them i just buy them as i need them, usually in a bulk off the internet

yeah i know loads of people who are massive and they don't even have a training programme and don't eat no more then 1500-2000cals a day and they have like 18inch arms or something. A bit frustrating when you have to put all your effort in to getting results

Im good thanks you? yeah going good added 8lb up to now on my bulk so just under 160 and looking to get to 170 and then re-assess from there.

Thanks bud i appreciate it. My training is going good, hada few rough patches but finally got back on track after a couple of months. This is my 2nd week and iv gained a few pounds, im bulking. If you need any help them send me a private message and i'll try 2 help u. Keep at it and good luck

wtf how u get that much!?! yeah i got some food scales, i measure as much as food of what i eat as much as i can. I think 45/35/20 (carbs/protein/fats) will work good for me. It seems like i need a lot of carbs to make any gains. My sources are oats/pasta/potatoes/rice/wheat/wholegrain bread

Thanks man i appreciate it. I have just bought a lot of canned meats and fish too and i just got 5kg of Oats and pasta :) Whats your diet like? yesterday mine totalled up to 3000cal, 200g protein, 400 carbs and 80g fat

Yeah its my 1st bulk, legs day today going to gym in about an hour. My supps will be the basics, Protein, CEE and Glutamine because im on a tight budget so im planning on making my own weight gainers with Ultra Fine Oats, Protein Blend, P.B & Milk. Yeah i will do thanks bud for the offer
