This was taken just before i decided to do something about the way i looked. I just weighed 139lb
2 months after starting the Jim Stoppani programme. Would have got a lot bigger but my diet has been **** because of work and things but my muscle mass seems to have stayed and my BF dropped so can't complain. Im around 167lb now
Weight has been yo-yoing for a while now...time to keep consistent! GOAL: 175LB by the end of January
Goal (Long):
ALL TIME GOAL...
210lb
17 inch arms
17 inch calfs
17 inch neck
53 inch Chest
31 inch Waist
26 inch Thigh
ideal measurements taken from the Steve Reeves formula
Been really busy lately that it has been hard to keep up with my 3.5k calorie intake, been working long hours with only 2x 30min breaks at the most doesnt make it easy to get my nutrient intake. And also with my work my calorie intake should be around 4k which makes it even harder!
I have just come off a HST programme to switch things up, i'm going to a 3 day split so that i can put more volume and intensity on individual muscle groups.
Day 1:
Chest & Back
-Bench Press 3x8-12
-Incline DB Press 3x8-12
-Flyes 2x8-12
-Chin Ups
-Rows
-Pullovers

THANKS FOR THE MODIVATION!!!!
Thanks for accepting! Great results and progress of your training just for having the same age than me! Specially ABS, chest, biceps, quadriceps and shoulders! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
These are great sources. I get that much by adding Carbo Gain to all my protein shakes along w/flaxseed oil for healthy fats. 2 cups oatmeal for brkfst or oatmeal/protein pancakes... 13 egg whites 2 yolks
12 oz chicken breast/2 cups rice/1.5 cup veggies.. like this...
3000 calories! This enough for your weight! Now we have to figure out what measurements exactly you need of each and where best to get them from for your bodytype. I eat approx 8000+ calories daily now. Off days is only about 6000 cal.
Get a food scale TODAY! It will save you from overeating and will help you monitor your progress and you will know where to add and take away.
Hey my friend. If you on budget, try keeping to canned meats as Tuna, salmon, and chicken in cans. It is cheaper, but not as tasty. And White Rice is cheap in bulk, and is clean carb source. Buy lots of it. it can be substituted for breakfast, and lunches. Dymatize makes great affordable shake called Elite 12 hour rlease. I think you will do well with this.
Hope this helps.
Thanks my friend. You starting 1st bulk? What is plan and supplements you will take? Make sure your training is intense, but safe. If need some advice, let me know. What was set back for you?
ciao.
