Background
well actually, my motivation was due to the genetic health history of my family. My grandad died at age 41 of a heart attack, and all of my mother brothers now suffer of high blood pressure or some sort of heart disease...I watched as my one of my uncles recover from two massive sergeries due to blockages in his heart we just burried another this past auguest who suddenly collapsed of a heart attack, and I have tow more with failing rheart and respiritory conditions....I simply didnt want to be in that situation when I reach their age.. I started of by running a bit everyday...I have always been active so that but as I hit my mid 30s i sort of let myself go a bit..I when I finally decided to hit the gym I jsut used the routines that I I used to use when I played football in hight school and a few more that I picked up while in the military.
After about a year or so of lifting I found that I was sort of addicted to working out...I do every thing all natural too( mabe a few suppliments every now and then but thats it)...Im stronger now than Ive ever been...just the feeling after working out is enought to keep me motivated, but look and feel healthier as well.
